i take 5 grams of creatine a day, and i eat about 3200 cals mainly around 140 g/protien 400g carb 75g fats. I mainly eat eggs, oats, lean meats, and milk. I have a 30 inch waist, and by no means am i huge, but i do have some mucsle. BTW is there any cheaper way to buy a piss test for less than 20$ a pop?
also the piss i used for my test was pretty yellow and right after a meal with 8 oz of water

I have found numerous informational threads on this site, anyways. Heres my problem I have to take a drug test threw concentra/Advanced Toxicology Network, they will send it out to memphis tennesse. Im pretty sure they do EMIT, but the site says they do over 800 GC/MS a day (guessing they test + EMIT's) Well havent smoked since october 8th ( 2 gravity bongs), and before that i was weed free since september 24th.
