Are all politicians really that spineless? Kerry is a veteran and should have said 'fuck Bush and his war mongering spin, I'm trying to get your dumb asses out of Iraq alive!'

They think the public is so fuckin' stupid and thin-skinned that they can't figure out for themselves when someone is shooting straight or bullshitting them. Doesn't anyone have the coconuts to just get up there and spell it out without engineering every sentence to appeal to the broadest range of demographics?

A strong Leader isn't going to worry about hurting a few feelings if he's shooting straight and playing fair. People can sense this even when they're in their 'herd mentality' mode.

But politicians are all scrounging around for poll points like rats for acorns. The state of Government has gotten so contemptable it's nauseating.

It's called "Politics". A strong leader shouldn't have to worry about hurting a few feelings but sadly that's not how it works. You stroke this guy, blow that guy, and never say anything you can't back out of.

Ever wonder why all politicians seem like crooks? Because they are. It's all a big game and what it takes to win isn't honesty and a desire to help your fellow man.
