Vacuum sealers are a way to go too. You could put the buds into a baggie, and leave just a little air inside so your precious buds dont get sucked down into a hard brick when the vacuum sealer does its thing. I personally have had buds vac sealed, and buried underground as an experiment in a 5gal bucket for 3yrs with no real loss to potency. The taste was a bit stale, but the effect was reported by friends to be excellent. Good luck
