Anyone find Visine hurts more than it helps?

I have a bottle of Visene that is redness relief and lubricating. The active ingredients look like. Dextran 70 0.1%, Ployethylene glycol 400 1%, Povidone 1%, and Tetrahydrozonline HCL 0.05%. The last one is the redness relief part, the rest is for lubricating.
