Ok, so last night i decided to spark up a bowl in my bubbler but i heard that my mom was already making dinner downstairs so i was a little skeptical of doing it. After some though i decided to do it and after taking one hit and blowing it out my window my mom pops into my room with NO WARNING!! I quickly put the bubbler down under my bed and try to play off that i was smoking. My mom asks if i was smoking and i said No. She then sniffed me and sniffed the air around me, she knew!! Then, she started looking down at exactly where my bubbler was sitting! Oh damn, i knew i was caught!! I kept sayin no, i'm not smoking mom i was just looking out my window. She continued to look down where the bubbler was and she moved stuff around to try and see it. I thought i was fucked at that moment. She finally left my room and my heart was beating so fast i thought i was going to pass out. Def. the worst and closest call i've been to getting caught. Sucks and i hope it never happens again.

Smoking in your house is so sketchy man. You parents know for sure if they just bust in on you like that. If you don't have any eye drops/cologne, I suggest getting some ASAP. Pick better times for smoking, before dinner is a bad idea. Mabye after would be better next time. Just go drive somewhere in your car or get to know someone wo has one:thumbsup:

It's rough living at home and trying to smoke. You should either wait till your old enough to live on your own, be honest with your parents, or do it somewhere else. Too much stress trying to hide it.

I had a similar experience only I was sober, this was two years ago, before I moved out. I had gotten lazy with where I stashed my shit because all of my other shit was already packed up. I was just using a long wooden pipe that I had gotten from a friend, it had a little metal bowl that was nice for hash but was probably designed for opium. My mom was in my room, getting laundry and she just randomly opened the drawer that I had carelessly stashed a big bag of dank and this pipe. I freaked out and panicked, I grabbed the sack and ran.

I went into our game room, which has a couple of bookshelves, I chucked it behind a row of books. I then ran into the bathroom, locked the door and flushed the toilet. I tried to chill out but the events that had just occurred were the craziest I had experienced to date. When I left the bathroom my mom was searching my room from top to bottom. I let her go right ahead, since I had already hidden all of my shit. I tried explaining that the bag contained "personal items" that I was embarrassed to have, not sure what I meant but I think she thought condoms.

After a couple hours of intense anxiety I went to Best Buy with my brother thinking everything was under control. When I got back my dad was home and my parents were waiting for me. While searching my room my parents found a receipt for a grinder, rolling papers, and a cigarette case; all from the local head shop. At first I denied everything but my parents could tell I was lying. So I conceded that the bag had contained a "Marihuana Cigarette," that originally belonged to a friend. I said that I had flushed the "Marihuana cigarette" down the toilet. I said that I had loaned a friend the money to buy all the paraphernalia, which would explain the receipt with my credit card number on it. My mom believed it all, and my dad said it sounded like a load of shit. They finished by searching my safe which I had the key to. The safe was clean and for some reason that exonerated me from any other mention of this situation. I was even allowed to go on a graduation camping trip the next day, which was merely a well planned excuse to get trashed and build a huge bonfire before leaving for school.

The main thing that I learned during this situation is that it is better to go for lesser charges. I had nearly an ounce and convinced my parents it was merely a joint. I also completly through out all my stoner principles by jumping on the prohibition band wagon. I cited peer pressure as an excuse and used antiquated terms like "marihuanna cigarette", so that I would seem like a newbie.

Parents have not excused me of smoking since. I do however enjoy the benefits of living 3.5 hours away from them.

Hahahaha! That sounds exactly like my Dad. I could probably say what you said and get off with my Mom but there is no way my Dad would buy that.

Hah, I decided to smoke while everyone was home, and my mom came in..i kept denying it, but then she asked if she needed to search my whole room. At this point I think I had an O of mushies very badly hidden, so I just handed over the little metal pipe and got in trouble for smoking...much better than if she had searched.
