ok, so i jsut got arrested and put on probation, i was tested last thursday for the first time, took one hit from a bowl, and 2 hits of a blunt friday night, and one rip out of my 2 foot bong saturday. ive got till next friday to have my piss at an acceptable level, and im not sure the best way to go, ive drank about a galleon of water mabe galleon and a half seince sunday, and a gallon on saturday. i was told to go buy cran berry pills??? idk, if i fail this test im getting put into rehab so anny help would be awsome.:rasta:

Drinking lots of water days before the test WILL NOT increase your kidneys ability to filter THC from the blood. Exercise can help increase THC elimination but you are too close to the test for that to work. Or is it next Friday the 10th? Exercise up until 4-5 days before the test or else the extra THC eliminated by your body will end up in the specimen cup. Eating soluble fiber can help a little. Not insoluble but soluble. Try to get some Metamucil. Take about 12 grams of soluble fiber a day.
