shes 125 lbs and is about 5'2 or 5'3 the most. she was clean for about 3 or 4 months and then smoked only 1 blunt. she wants to know approximately how long is gonna stay in her system?

A one time high (like a joint or couple of bowls) if you were completely clean before will take about 5 days to clear. However, this was a blount and it sounds like she is slightly on the upper range of acceptable weight for that height for a girl so I would say maybe 10-12 days.
