Auditory Hallucinations
I'm having a shit load of auditory hallucinations (not my mom coming home, just cool noises). Anyone else have this? I only smoked 2 bowls and I've never gotten it this bad even after like 20 bong hits.

I'll sometimes have flashes where if I move my head or stand up quickly where I go completely insane. Literally. For about 2-3 seconds (which seems like an hour) I'll just completely lose touch with reality. I usually think I'm in outerspace except all the stars are within my reach and are really tiny, like they're just a bunch of fireflys. I'll also get wierd out of body experiences where I'll see myself and I kind of look like a cartoon character. That's only if Im on shrooms and weed though. But it's never unpleasant.

I base this on my own personal experiences with auditory hallusinations: I believe it has a lot to do with stress, diet perhapse, drug use, and over all state of mind. I didnt do drugs when i had them but i ate very poorly, was stressed and even depressed. I would hear things like video game sounds or instant message bells ringing. I wouldnt worry about it unless it gets worse, turns into scitzofrenia, or frightens you. I think of them as somthing like having a pictographic memory but instead of seeing pictures when you recall a memory you recall a sound the same way you heard it. As i think about it i think it was mainly due to sleep deprivation and high exposure to certain sounds.

The only auditory hallucinations I've ever had is when I thought I heard someone, not really auditory hallucinations I guess, just sometimes sounds like a door opens/closes when no one is home and freaks me out. I hate it.

I can literally force auditory hallucinations on myself though. I have this wierd perfect pitch type thing and if it's late at night and I'm in bed, I can kind of summon up complete songs that sound almost completely real to me at will. I asked my doctor about it and he said it was really really really rare ans was called like, syntheosis or something. But it's cool. It's like a little superpower I have.
