I used to weigh 230 and started working out and lost 70 pounds and got really into bodybuilding.. I got down to 160 and then started bulking and packing and now i'm up to 200 pounds at 8% bodyfat, and i'm 6'0. I've got 18 inch arms, and Arnold had 22 inch arms . I lift weights six days a week and run for about 30 minutes when i get home from that, roughly 2 1/2 - 3 miles. I eat nearly the same as bodybuilders, consuming about 5000 calories a day when I'm trying to get bigger. Working out is very rewarding especially if you eat properly also. I also smoke multiple times a day along with it. Nothing like blazing a few bowls after a day of going to school, working out for an hour and a half and then running for a while. So rewarding.
