good for you friendowl. I run 2-4 miles a day 4-5 days a week and lift 3-4 times a week. I do alot of ab exercise and some pilate stuff wich i have found to be great at keeping trim. Squats are still the best exercise in the world (imo), there is nothing like them. the 20 rep squat routine is so painful but if you can push through it then your metabolism will start running so high you can eat as much of just about anything you want and wont get fat.

Im going to class, lunch, working out, then i do homework...after that ill smoke if i have 2 hours before my night class (if i have one that night) Rating: 5
