I walk a lot, i do push ups and sit ups. I have an ab machine which i use sometimes. I've been lacking lately though. I despise running but i know it's good for me. Now i'm on my break from smoking it will be a lot easier for me to workout. I can't stand exercising while stoned, i just think it ruins the buzz. I prefer to just chill.
