burnt out
i never felt burnt out like that b4... never smoked before work.. lol
but on days off, when I have alot of budd..
oh man.. I dont make it past 9pm.. so groggy and clouded in the head.
I dunno if its the same feeling or not, but I think I catch your drift.

man, i don't know why, but i can not handle getting high at work, never have. it is not a moral thing, i just don't like it. anyways, burn out wise, smoking more always helps. or an energy drink and a cold shower.

I dont think I ever tried the cold shower idea..
Energy drinks contain Vitamin B.. and ALOT of sugar+caffeine
Supplements are much cheaper in the long run.. Energy Drink $1.50[one time use]... Supplement $10 [60 pills]..
I take 500mg (2 pills), crush it, drop it in some koolaid and down the tube it goes.

my firends dad used to take those supplaments everyday for like 15 years and then he had a heart attack...
but sugar sounds like a good idea...

it used to be thought that high doses of vitamin b can reduce the risk of heart attacks. tho it doesnt stop them, it certainly doesnt cause them.
however, diabetes.....

pot messes with blood sugar; that is why you get the "munchies" to help with burnout, replace your body's expended sugar, and get a little exercise to get those ol' endorphens flowing...
