Christian's and Halloween?

Yes but granted one was from a small group of christians who are known around here as a little excentric. They have very strange views to begin with and are an extreme case, but they are a Christian sect. This same group sends their kids to Mexico to convert those south of the boarder. Yet I always thought most mexicans were Catholic. It doesn't seem like a great place to spread the word when they already believe.

Halloween, or Hallow's Eve was the night before All Saint's day when demons were allowed one more night to roam the earth before returning to Hell.

Most Christian holidays aren't Christian to begin with. Christmas is the winter solstice-the tree comes from druid tree worship, Easter is the fertility rights of Spring deriving from the goddess Ishtar, etc..
