Best deal for full HPS Kit?

I have done alot of cearching online at many locations for the best price on a 400 watt HPS light kit includings everything lamp /ballast/ reflecter ect. and this is what ive found. a company selling on e-bay , $119 + Shipping.

well i don't know dollars but in england i got a 600watt hps full set up for £60 however it had £20 postage and package

I order from them, as a matter of fact I have an order on its way right now, but I never order from their EBay sight, go to www.htgsupply.com
and click on products. The prices are a little more spendy at their store, but I still prefer the higher prices over the EBay risks.
The 400w HPS with everything on their sight is about $200, I don't know if I would get it. What I did was to pick up a 400w ballast with socket and power cord for $44, and the AGrowMax Altra blue bulb for $59, I already have an extra hood, I also, picked up a 1000w HPS for $105 from them, the shipping was $90, but I live out side of the Lower 48 states, so shipping is a little more here.
All the stuff is new, and not refurbished and comes with a 2 year warranty. Hope this helps some. By the Way they are a real store, not just some online EBay sellers, they have a real store front in PA.

You got a great deal, the conversion rate is very similar in the price in dollars, i would go for this except im not sure about the price of shipping over seas, i think id be more confortable with haveing it shiped from within the united slave states of america

Bongo - I got that exact same light from them on eBay but I haven't used it yet. Construction quality looks good and I like that ballast has 10ft cords so it can be placed outside the grow area. I will probably be firing it up in a week or so once my seedlings get a bit bigger. I'm not going to use their reflector (going cooltube) but it looks adequate.

i just recently ordered and 400w hps the type with the ballast enclosed in the hood and also a mh conversion bulb. i got my shipment in less then 3 days. they also were out of stock of the exact item so they upgrded my whle order for free. i ended up getting the 400w hood and ballast hps bulb, mh conversion bulb and a digital timer ( high quality) , and 2 ac flanges for air cooling . it cost me with shipping like 192.00 they guarantee everything they sell. very good company.

forgot to tell you if you call them directly you can get a better rate on shipping. the iten may be a littler higher but the shipping is lowerso it may work out in your favor.
