ohh yeah.. well my friend was in central holding for about 20 hours, he came out next day and was gay, and had prison tats all over him and some tear drops on his cheak cuz he join LKs!

My deariest friend released from prison And as I expected he came back a very changed man, He only served 6 months for thief of a car(He stole some change out of some guys car and got 6 months..he was already on a short lease with the law). He came back and told us the horror stories.. Got in a fight the first day he arrived in the prison, had to join a gang. You get up at 3:00am for breakfast, 10:00am for lunch, and 5:00pm for dinner, You get 15 mins to eat or you dont eat. He admitted that he got his ass kicked up and down in the Rating: 5

In my state (NY) it's decriminalized (as well as alot of other places). Unless it's like your millionth time getting caught or you're caught selling (expecially to a minor) more than 2gs then you may get prison time. It's mostly fines here.
