well I made some milk with coconut milk and water. decarbed it first of course. Coconut milk has a LOT of fat, like 9 grams for only 2 ounces so I mixed in some water. After I finished I left it in the refrigerator with the bud still in there and a Ginger tea bag. it's going to stay there tonight and I will drink it tomorrow. I'm giong to strain out the bud first and maybe use that bud in making some coffee in an espresso maker.

I Simmered btw. 185 degrees to 200 F.

Couldn't do the boil first then steep because the coconut milk is too thick for the coffee filter.

if it doesn't work I'll try one more time just poaching.... thinking maybe simmering may be too hot.
