What would be the difference in the states allowing all citizens regardless of medical need or not to at least possess and consume marijuana? Nothing? That's my guess. I really think Nevada would take the $45 an ounce tax and to satisfy the people's will for marijuana to be legal, over bullshit federal funding..once a few states enact this, the federal government will fall to it's knees...because once it happens, there will be so much publicity to marijuana...And I highly doubt people are going to say the same things about it when everyone is allowed to be around others legally while stoned...and once again, any time I read one of your posts it makes me think you're an anti-pot.
