In an ideal world, it would not be illegal. The original US Constitution gives states precedent over federal government. But we all know that thing in America don't work like they are supposed to (point in case-marijuana laws).

I wanted to hear the opinion from someone who lived in that state. Whats your opinion and do you think that its a possibility for it to be legal to carry up to an ounce for someone over 21.
