I honestly have to say that it looks overwatered/poorly drained. I'm not a soil expert by any means, nor am I an expert on anything, but that's what it looks like to me. I don't think it is a light deficiency, although I DO recommend that you raise your plants up to within inches of your CFLs. It also looks like you have some kind of deficiency. I don't know off hand what it is, but you can look at the Plant Abuse chart to get a better idea. I think both Bobbong and Psycho4Bud have it in their sigs. I linked it somewhere too. I should have the damn thing in MY sig. Anyway...

Speaking of which, is it just me, or has their been a quite staggering increase in the # of 'first grows' in the last few months? Just a possible observation.
