I wouldn't recommend it as an only fertilizer for indoor applications, for a number of reasons.
-changes pH
-does not contain a full complement of micronutrients
-may not be instantly available
-if you put too much in the soil and end up with an overdose, it's hard to flush out a solid fert like that
and the final reason:
fertilizers designed for cannabis have all sorts of good things, not just P, and are totally worth it.

That's a veg nute.
The first # is nitrogen. Giving too much N during flower gives you lots of leaves and crappy small buds.
A flower nute will be more like 2-15-10 or so. But you should really do some reading- even reading the catalog descriptions of different cannabis-specific nutrition products can be quite informative.

Hey man chin up! I don't think its the end of the world. Your nute is still high in P at least, which is good for flowers.
I suspect your bone meal could be mixed to dilute your nute, though you'll have to ask someone more expert than me about that.

.
Well, perhaps work out the percent of P in your bone meal and then add it to your nutes at a ratio of maybe 30-50-10 or something.
