i was watchin "the greatest horror movies" the other night lol

Alien came in at the number 1 spot, i'd have to agree with that myself...

course this was voted by the british public... but what, in your opinion, is the greatest horror movie ever?

The Exorcist.

I saw that movie when I was about 12 and it scared the shot out of me. I watched it again this weekend on TV and it still freaks the shit out of me.

yeah thats a freaky movie, it made it into the top 5, cant remember which number tho, but the sequels sucked ass, Exorcist: The beginning wasnt even slightly scary, was dissapointed in that bigtime, but the original rocks

Yeah, all of those remakes of the Exorcist blow. I saw the Emily Rose one too long ago and I fell asleep it was so boring. The entire movie was based in a courtroom...wow, exciting movie or what.

Nothing beats the original. :thumbsup:

I also here this new movie Feast is pretty sick and twisted too. Slipknotphysco recommended it and I haven't been able to find it yet, but it sounds pretty nasty.

But I got pretty freaked out by Resident Evil, because I used to play the games when I was 9 - 10, and I had nightmares from it.. So the movie freaked me out pretty much..

They had the 100 scariest horror movies..... jaws was #1..... JAWS! JAWS!!!! It was scary, sort of. If you put that bass line to any movie it would be scary. in my opinon the scariest movies are

Wow Darkone, what an avatar you have there. I've seen that before called Snuff films do not exist or something. I was wondering, that isn't a real gunshot to the head? It looks so fake to me.

That animation is so fake. If you blasted anyone in the face with a hand gun at point blank 1.there would be a hole in her head. 2. more brain matter and less red blood. It's probbably from some horror flick, or from faces of death.

Rewatch the headshot sceen from full metal jacket. Thats a pretty good interpritation.

i really want to see seven now

Seven is an awesome movie, freaky as fuck, and a plot twist to end all plot twists lol...

but i still think Alien is the best, maybe not after you've seen it a hundred times or more (believe me, i have ) but first time i seen it i was havin nightmares lol

The Shining still freaks me out sometimes.. 'specially when I'm baked. It's my favorite movie ever.
