yeah, your plants are WAY too close, they'll never make it through flower that close together.

with the daylight bulbs (i'm assuming GE) you can put the lights right on top of the plants and let the leaves reach up and "feel" the rays. thats what i love about tube lights...

repot, space out...

ps. maybe you'll be alright with some outward bending lst, bend the plants away from each other so they grow outward...

Aslo, how far should i keep the light away from the plant at this stage of growth? what is a good distance to keep it away so to increase vertical growth upwards?
