If you love a great couch lock Indica high, you should get Aurora Indica from Nirvana. It was my first grow and the high was crazy. I was numb all over and almost passed out after being high for about 45 ot 60 minutes :stoned: . Last night I bought one of those mini-microscopes from RadioShack and check my trichomes, they are 50/50 clear/cloudy. I didn't realize how frosty the plant got until I looked at it last night. and with the mini-mirco, the site is even more frosty . Grow on TT44  ...

Really? I'm very interested in papaya right now...supposed to be a classic couch lock, very good yield, 8 weeks flowering which is quite short, easy grower, and finally a nice taste.

Oh man, get both like I did . I have Papaya which is going to be my next grow and then bubblicious. I think I got about 4 Nirvana strains Top44, Papaya, Bubblicious and Aurora Indica. I got other seeds that were freebies, Ajan's Haze #2 X Kali mist & Durban Poison X Skunk #1. I'm set to grow with meany different strains from Sativas to Indicas. There is a Papaya GrowJournal on this site if you seach it. TOkudai and Weed4Life have the 2 current ones that I look into and this one is an old favorite by LOC NAR1958: http://boards.cannabis.com/showthrea...ghlight=papaya , LOC NAR1958 says:

Here is alitttle update of my plant Lolana. Soon I will learn how to get some closer shots so that you guys can see how frosty she is . I'm thinking the grow is going to last until christmas , maybe she is stunned, she is growing slowly but the buds at the bottom that should be popcorn buds are growing upwards and getting bigger then my last grow. It's all good, I'm a patient guy. More the buds, more the merrier  . How are your plants going faithless, I know you have those plants near harvest now, LOL. how much longer, 2 weeks? ....

OK, I'm still in the game.
I had an accident where the door to my room was left closed for an hour.
Temps probably reached 40-45C during that hour, and my 3 girls hermied.
I found 2-3 bollocks on each plant, all at the very bottom luckily. 2 were open, and one opened in my hand as I tried to snip it off.
The other were mostly immature and small.

I then caught another 3 a few days later, the second they peeked out.
Then zero for the last couple of days.

At first I thought all was lost. I googled and found some people that had caused a regression in male flowers by operating as I did, so I think there may not be anymore.
However, one guy mentioned that the quality of his harvest was reduced, he didn't mention whether he meant yeild or potency.

So I just smoked my first genuine bud, albeit dried in the oven for 20 mins, and it's good. It would even be good enough for me to pay for without really worrying.
So I'm back in the game.

I'll be cutting a 5 grammer a few days before x-mas and letting it cure for a few days.
If it has very immature or no seeds, I'll let them go a week longer than 44 days, I think.

Else, chop-chop, and in with the next round.

I hope everything goes well with the plants man, Team Top44 needs to get a good harvest for it's first grow together. You say the smoke is still good, I believe you can pull it off man. I bet your buds are super fat right now, your plants grew so fast. Keep Em Frosty ...
