I used a 400w hps from start to finish when they were that little I just put the light about 3' or so above the plants till they got a little bigger just hold your hand under the bulb when you can't feel any heat on the back of your hand add about 6 more inches
DamianLucifer Reviewed by DamianLucifer on . how do my babys look?? ello every1.. well my babys are 8-9 days old now under a 400 hps.. its a bit hot in there.. like room temp is 29c and just above plants its from31-34c.. but i have 2 fans blowing over the babys to cool them down and a carbon filter extracting the heat out.. my questions are... is the fans on them at this early stage bad for them?? coz the leaves shake alot.. the babys look stable jus mabe the constant shakin is slowing down there growth???? i have to have the fans on becoz of the heat my Rating: 5
