Trouble inhaling?
I thought I was, but than I realised I got tense every time I went to inhale. It was almost like breaking my smoke cherry. I forced it down one time and after that there was never anymore trouble. Inhaling correctly kind of became natural. But at first it was like my lungs were telling me "you inhale that, we quit working, choose well." Dont know, there was just always something holding me back from fully inhaling it.

I was smoking the other night and the bowl was about cashed, so I just took a quick hit, barely held it, and blew out to see if I even got anything. I noticed when I did that I never really inhaled the smoke I just held in my throat for a few seconds and blew out. I'm wondering if this is the main problem with newbies inhaling problems. I started smoking cigs before pot, but I was smoking for about a month before I realized I wasn't inhaling correctly.
