I wouldn't even take any action with this. It's $20, yes, it sucks you got ripped off, but fighting over $20 is like a cave man beating another cave man over the head for his...whatever cavemen fight over.

I suggest just not going to this guy anymore. Fuck him/her, find someone else, or next time you see them or talk to them, just mention this. Say the next time you buy you want to weigh it first, and if he says no, tell him to fuck off. Don't keep giving the dealer the satisfaction of ripping you off, or they'll just keep doing it.

the way you went about doing the deal was pretty much a sure way to get ripped off. find someone you know, whether personally or business, and go through them, don't worry about whether or not something is 'exotic' -- trust me from a lot of experience, its better to have a safe, honest and consistant connect than some dude like the 1 you're fuckin with ....lol ~
