i really wouldnt bother.....but maybe a dice mouthpiece if you still wanna incorproate that into your piece?

also those sockets woudl be pretty big and ahrd to manipulate into a dice, with the dice keeping its structural stability, from what i remember from my dice drilling days(and yes, i did have some) is that the plastic is fairly brittle, and if you get teh walls to thin, you can crack through the shit with your fingernail no prob.
