Thanks for the pointers guys, I just took a bunch of stems and some of the powdery, flake weed from my bag (it's very good) and boiled it in some milk, and put the milk in some green mint tea with a spoon full of honey, very tasty and it got the job done, though it was much more of a body high than a head high (unusual for my stuff).
