I really hate that shit about court apointed lawer crap, only time i have actually gotten a public defender i was already in jail.. Al other times if i tell them i can't afford a lawer they say tough, good luck finding 1k to pay for one...

You don't want a court appointed attorney, they won't do shit for you, and you'll end up paying them anyway. After they plead you guilty a condition of probation will be to pay attorney fees. They get more money if they lose, not really much motivation to win.

To partyguy420, that realy sucks man, but we all have our bad experiences. I'm really really careful. Like where me and my freinds go at night, is at the end of his neighborhood and theres a sidewalk, and next to the sidewalk is a 7 foot tall hill with trees and shit, so theres this clearing up there right next to the road, but it's completly secluded in darkness. So whenever a car goes by it's cool to see that it's a cop or someone and not have to worry about being seen. But theres this neighborhod that houses all kinds of crackheads like adjacent to his neighborhood, and we heard sirens and shit coming from over there last time, and we freaked the fuck out thinking that one of the people in his neighborhood called the cops on us haha! So we ran our asses back to his house, but nothing happened to any of us. Yeah, we try and be careful, but have a good time too.

yea, i know like 99% of ppl have had there bad times with the cops, but the shity thing was, we live in such a small town, that theres like 4 cops in this town, and 2 of them are cool, and the other 2 a pricks, ones the chick prick, and the other is known as the out of town ass hole... like one of the cops, will actualy just drive by and be like hey, you guys arent sapost to be here when we are doing something like smoking a bowl or when we are waiting for a drug deal at the park... i mean yea, sure, ive had the kool ones question me about shit, but it was a felon for what he was asking me about.... but if he sees us throwing back a few beers, while walking down the street, hes just like you kids need to take that home... the only time he dose anything is when some one calls him, and theres some record of the call, and he will actualy tell us that... so... you see, not all cops are asses....

the town i used to live in in arkansas would be the best one for potheads...everyone up there has a police scanner in their livingroom (cuz they always doin some illegal shit lol) and the town only has 2 fuckin cops.

so if one is busy on a call, and someone else knows where the other one is (i.e. donut shop, police station) you know its safe to do w/e
