humboldt county in northern cali

Humboldt may be the highest part of California and perhaps the entire U.S. Seriously, I have 3 great friends that live up there and go to Humboldt State, and weed is literally ubiquitous up there...let me rephrase that. Incredibly good weed is ubiquitous up there. Most everyone you meet smokes and isn't shy about it. Oh, and there's Trainwreck. From what I've heard, the police are extremely laid back.
