thats what i thought lip the light will dry the soil when it needs to be damp and warm in a dark place .

white hairs, signify that your plant has begun it's flowering cycle. The point in which buds start forming
as for the watering it is advised that you let your soil dry out completely on the top untill about 2 inches deep then a watering is ok

pmsl once you see white hairs growing on your plant in the vegatation cycle this means that it is maturing it dosent mean its budding
budding only happens when you switch to 12/12
