An apple is quite easy.
Get an apple, i like green ones ^_^, and pen;or something pointy.
Poke a hole down the middle of the apple from where the stem was to about the bottom, try not to poke through. now poke a hole from the side, a good distance away from the stem area, so you dont burn your eyelashes (have had that happen before ) and make sure it connects to the main hole thats going down the center. blow out and suck in, move the pen around inside & try to get the apple gunk out. then put your green in the stem area,& your mouth to the sidehole. light& breathe in
