If by commercial you not top quality, than no more than $10. If you mean top quality, anywhere from $10 to $20.

how can you tell if it is good quality bud?

If it's brown to olive green, looks like it's been sat on by an elephant, and is full of seeds, then you should give no more than 5 bucks a gram, although I wouldn't even pay that much for it. if it looks like my avitar pic, 10 to 20 bucks a gram, but you arte better off saving up for at least an eighth, $50 for 3.5 to 4 grams is much better than $60 for 3 grams.

is it sposed to be multicolored ive never seen weed like that, well my weed looked just like u decribed the bad one except there werent alot of seeds and i dont really think it was a gram. i ayed $15 i got way chinsed right?

yeah, I'd say so, I'm assuming you are a younger toker, you will get ripped off many times before you find a reliable hookup. Remember, most of the time, these so called "dealers" are just middlemen who pool together several customers, hook up, give you half of what you paid for, and smoke or sell what they pinched from you. It sucks, but that's life.

Always remember, good weed don't come with seeds, you may find one or two in a sack, but beyond that, there better be extra bud in the bag to cover seed weight, unless you're buying Mexi, that stuff usually has a ton of seeds, smells like a haybale, and is flat, from being bricked up in a trash compactor. Nothing wrong with the Mexi, we can't always afford the greens, just know the difference, or you'll get screwed.
