budnums Reviewed by budnums on 10-29-2006. Much needed help for a first timer.. I am flowering my bag seed plants (5 of them) and I have at least one male. It's hard for me to differentiate male and female. So the males raised calyxes and females don't. Is this true in all circumstances? Anyone know of a good link to find better pictures to look at. All i hvae is drawings in my bible. also, are the leaves on the male of use? Can I strain any THC to make hash?? Thanks! Rating: 5

Hey, man. Yea, I don't know much about hermies...I mean, other than what I've read. Everyone talks about them and talks about how to avoid them...and ONE candle in a growroom during dark-time is going to ruin your crop and so forth...but I dunno.

I guess it's cuz I smoke so much, but I'm just not all that worried about them. I mean, I have yet to see a good PIC of a hermie plant, so I just assume that I would notice them if they appeared...then remove them. No worries. LOL

Yea, the pics are in the JOURNAL OF A MADMAN...in my sig. Sorry, I don't know what page they are on, but probably somewhere around page 8, 9 or 10. Don't hold me to it tho. I'd go back and link you, but I'm busy eating delicious eggs and pancakes.

Regarding your ferts, I really dunno what to tell you man, I am not hugely educated about soil ferts, and I would always suggest getting your ferts from a hydro store or something, so I don't want to give any bad advice in that regard. Hope someone can help you tho.

Yeah, I'm a fertilizer dunce and I'm trying to educate myself. I mean, I know what kind of ferts i need, I just can't find them. I'm going to go hit up a hydro place I think, but the price of their merch. is jacked up. Oh well.
