Ya if you were to worry about the law then I would start worrying about getting busted for not having a business license and that sort. The one way you could get around that I suppose would be to sell on ebay where you would have a ton of customers. Then again not a lot of "growers" buy stuff off ebay because apparently law enforcement deals with ebay frequently. I have heard people on these boards talking about ebay cooperating fully with the law to bust growers, sellers etc.

It sounds like a good idea but I wouldn't try to make it too big of a deal. It seems like you aren't trying to do that anyways - just make a little money on the side so you should be fine.

So I started off coming to this site for a research project, then I learned a few things about these hydro boxes and how they are selling for like $1200 a pop. So I did a little more research and learned that I can build a hydroponics tank for about half that price. I dont want to take the risk of growing myself, but i was thinking that I could start selling these boxes for about a $100 profit and still be about $400 cheaper than the other guys.
