I wasn't in chat and so didn't see what got you so riled. But now I can see from your post above that you ARE capable of good manners. I can understand why from a business perspetive. There are adults and kids of all ages and sensibilities and geographies here. It's a courtesy to others who may not understand or like that way of talking. And it's much better for promoting the board positively to everyone from members to stakeholders to advertisers to suspicious eyes to elevate the lower chat-communicating standards than ask the higher-end communicators to lower theirs.
