Holding in your hits longer get you higher???

I call that regular toking.. plus when it's finally time to exhale, I do it through my nose because all the nerve endings in my nostrils get a chance to absorb the thc as well.. and then I let it out as slowly as I can.... I'm always very high as you can well imagine.. in fact, can I be higher??

plus i normally hold it in for a long time, and it does get u that much stoned, i notice it while its in, first its liek a normall drag and then u feel the lack of oxygen mixed with the stonness, then u release it........prety dope....sometimes no smoke goes out
