As far as flourecents, sheez it seems like centuries 1976 since I used those.... they have the standard, the HO (high output, more lumens, you need the HO ballasts and bulbs) and VHO (very high output, it graduates in lumens and cost as you go up) spend the extra money and get the VHO's if thats that way you are going to go, although halides of phophofurus or whatever I am toasted and getting old and forget things is the way to go,,,,, damn there goes my spelling.
