Arguing about words and phrases...

Is not the war itself profoundly more important than what you call the war? The dead do not care if it's the war on terror, the war on extremists, or the war on floating pink pigs. They don't care if you said stay the course or run for cover.

It never ceases to amaze me how seemingly intelligent people can get so caught up in such trivial things as this. Iraq was a military blunder and Afghanistan was all but abandoned prematurely. I don't care what words you're going to use in your next press conference, just fix the fuckin problems.
