I have no problem fighting radical islam, I wish when GW said we were gonna get the people who attacked us he'd meant it. But afganistani has no oil, and opium isn't his drug of choice, so he chose to fail there. Sending enough troops to win would have derailed his plans in iraq. And ahab had to chase his whale, he can't help it. Iraq wasn't bothering us until we decided to invade them. That's why the CONSERVATIVE foriegn policy has always been avoid foriegn wars when possible, and win them when you can't. If you haven't noticed he's managed to do neither. And I thought conservatives favored small government, how do you reconcile that with the biggest spending and biggest deficits in history? And don't they want the government out of peoples lives to the extent that is possible?
