I have a space under a stair case and have a pair of 2x 24" grow hoods. I'm thinking of mounting them so I can just slide the plants along the lights (that are fastened to the bottom of the steps on a slant) as they grow. My question is will a pair of gro-lux 20 w wide spectrum lights with a 23w cfl in the center be enough to keep the girls happy? I have the wlls lined with mylar (walmart emergency blankets @$3 cdn each !!!! thank you cannabis.com! ).
I think I have all the vent problems worked out and will be moving them to a different room (3'x3') for flowering with 600w hps. My goal is a conveyor belt idea to always have a little bit ready for harvest.
Does anybody have any comments on this. I have read so much on spectrums and lighting but there really isn't a lot of detail on flo's. CFL yes but types of flow..... glo-lux wide spectrum...???
Surely somebody has triied them...

Thanks in advance and may I say that this site is a wealth of knowledge and there are a bunch of you that blow my mind. The passion of botany is amazing!
