Ya, that was in the city...I believe it was a rubber bullet. That was a horrible incident and should of never happened...very unfortunate. I was at college about an hour away, where cops were lined up in full protective gear, equipped with smoke bombs and rubber bullets....ready to charge and disrupt our celebration.
