The only negative effects I can think of about weed are the following:

It's illegal,
It makes you hungry,
It makes your mouth dry,
It makes your eyes red.

No bad health effects at all, only the above, which are really just a nuisance, not bad for you. (except of course going to prison and paying huge fines)

yo man, quite an experience huh, add this, alcohol makes your liver weak, cigarrettes have 10 toxic and addictive substances that'll make you sick and eventually die young(by the way, the most addictive!),will give you a heart attack, high blood pressure and emphysema,the worst! METH and CRACK, simply put, will make you insane, period!
