Has any one tried to eat just weed
I'm doing this for years now. I don't smoke.
I found out the less processed it is, the better it works. So butter and any similar or further processed products are only second choice. Same with bhang, but since I don't simmer the plant matter as long as in the butter making process bhang seems slightly better.
Best however is a piece of bud, best is cured or directly snipped of the living plant during dark. The latter even seems to be more psycoactive.
I place the bud in a clear cup and pour hot (not boiling) water on it. The heat brakes up the wax from the heads, that way the substances are better accessed than eating the bud itself (I do however sometimes during long distance runs - you have to chew it veeery slowly). Chilled I drink the liquid and eat the bud. Most of the THC, CBN, CBD is still on the plant matter. The volatile substances are sometimes felt within the first minute. This is done best on a light meal (a buttered pretzel or sandwich). On an empty stomach I usually start to shiver a bit until the whole desired effects are present.
I usually ingest after breakfast and before supper. That way I can keep on a level that helps me with my problems. It can't get much easier that that. Eating weed is not necessarily a pleasant experience, but I'm selecting for good taste as well. I do this for over a decade now without any bad sideeffects. You can imagine I don't fancy doing this with dealer weed, that's one important point to grow myself. I usually only use 0.5 g each time.
