actually i saw somewhere that joints use 28%, bongs use 78% and vapes use 92% dunno if its true but i reckon that cooking isnt 10x stronger or else it would b alot more popular.

Cooking is much more effective! The reason it isn't as popular as smoking or vaping is because it takes a lot more effort and prep time without any of the cool glass pieces or expensive machines.

One time i went to smell this dudes ounce of weed and i bit a chunk out without him knowing.

I have eaten a gram just to say i have, but that was it. It will not get you high, your head might hurt. In order for THC to become activated it needs to be heated to a certain degree i cant think of at this time. So i say...

"Why eat it?! When you can pull out ya lighter and beat it?!"

Might have been answered but I am in a rush at the moment. When cooking with cannabis if it is really well cured you don't have to bake it, because all the THCA has been converted into THC. So could you eat very well cured weed raw and have it work?

I had a small collection of the ends of various bags stashed in a coffee can in a metal shed. By ends of bags I mean it was an assorted collection of mids that I was done with except for the part where you have to dump out every thing and clean out all the friggin stems and seeds that have collected at the bottom of the bag. I had been very successful at staying in stock and let these collect for about a year and a half. I decided I needed to do something with it and clean out all of the stems and seeds from about 6-7 bags ending up with about 1/3 of an ounce or so. The weed varying from mid mids to a little better and a little worse. The weed was without moisture, very harsh and not much fun to smoke. A rather dull stone but it lasted longer than what I would expect from weak weed.

On a whim I mixed about a fat joints worth with some yogurt to give it a smoother consistency and was quite pleased with the results. Much better than smoking it, sort of like the low stone you feel when taking pain meds at a prescribed dosage. And fairly long lasting considering the average strength of the weed. I found it a great way to maintain a modest buzz while not being so high that I had trouble getting things done.

If you want to eat it that badly just get the ready bake cookies from the grocery store. Stick some ground bud directly in the cookie and cook as directed. Instant medibles.

I once ate about 3 grams of red lebanese hash then smoked about 1/2 ounce. Not sure if eating the stuff worked but I was incredibly stoned.

I haven't heard that term in 30+ years but I have fond memories of some a friend mailed to himself from Amsterdam in the mid 70s.

It is funny how the weed was so bad but the hash was so good. We smoked mexican dirt weed leaves and we smoked Afghan temple balls with the gold seal, black monkey paw hash and red labonese hash. What a contrast.

In Junior High I got some crummy low grade Mary off a friend of mine. Hey, it was Junior High, I had 10 bucks, and it was about an 1/8th. I smoke 3 bowls...nothing...smoked another....nothing.....I ate the rest on my Big Mac (yeah I used to eat that crap). About an hour later....craziest high I have ever had. Floors moving, my own voice coming from everywhere at once when I would talk, etc. I know it's not supposed to work on humans to eat Mary, but I did, and it worked...maybe I am not all human.
