Hortilux blue or Hortilux super HPS...Help

I need to find out whether what kinna bulb i should use.. should use hortilux blue or super hps or maybe both in a double reflector need advice..Help

..either one will grow serious buds...if you can handle the heat. 400HPS Hortilux RULES..
