Drug regulation is under federal jurisdiction. So cannabis is illegal everywhere in the US under federal law. It can be decriminalized under state law, but that doesnâ??t mean much.

I Do Not Support Decriminalization. It is a very poor model. IMO it is worse than what we have not, except that us users wont get in trouble. But it is worse for society.

What we want is legalization.
