Widow and Ice Pics & odor questions

This is my first grow, ice and white widow, been flowering for 20 days and thought I would share fun. Clones have all taken very well. Let me know your thoughts...
6 - 4' florecent's 75watt HS and a 150W MV for the flowering area.

My problem is odor control... I have a heppa / charcoal filter hanging above them but it isn't cutting it. Any additional recommendantions would be great...

I only add water to a tray below, a gallon a day, no additional nutes other than a sprinkle of 10-10-10.

What fan does the filter have? CFM?
What size is your room?

Ermm... what's the airflow path of the fan?
Is it filtering, then exhausting air to the outside?
Or is it filtering as it recirculates air inside?
