i'm not so sure that this would work as well as you think... i can't say for sure of course as i've never tried it, nor have i heard of anyone doing it... but i would think you'd wanna use some kinda oil to extract with, since butter has a low burning point and you really do cook the hell outta fried rice, i know they use sesame seed oil in marinol, so i would imagine you'd be able to use that to extract with, obviously. i only like shrimp fried rice and teryaki so you'd have to find a way to incoperate one of those things if i was to eat it.

i could help you with the fried rice part if you could find someone to tell you exactly how to correctly make sesame-weed oil...
