the first time i smoked a pipe, 3-4 bowls but that was it. The second time i just shared a single joint with my bro. and the last time(last friday) i smoked two blunts and a joint.

but yeah its weird since i was a self proclaimed straight edge about a year ago. : ) oh well

I only hold my hits in for about 2-5 secs. Sometimes longer if I need to ghost it to prevent smell for some odd reason.

FP, I smoked on and off from ages 12 to 17, quit for 5 years, now I've smoked again for over 2 years, and as a person who's been on both sides of the fence, I can say life is a lot better on the side of the fence where everyone's enjoying a fat blunt. It doesn't really impair your ability to have a successful life (assuming it's the only drug you do), and it allows your mind to free itself when it needs to. So experience some dank and only stop unless you truly want to.

Holdin it in for a bit longer than 3 seconds works, maybe 10. But if I hold it in for too long when I'm high my body feels like shit!
